Handmade lidded sauteuse. This vessel is oven-safe and gas stovetop-safe (low/medium heat). This gorgeous unglazed pot is perfect for slow-cooking. It is made of micaceous clay from the Manzano Mountains in New Mexico. It's is food-safe, oven-safe, and even stove-top safe (low-medium heat). Each pot is one-of-a-kind; handmade in Oak Park, Illinois. Season before use, and hand wash only, please (no dishwasher). 10" diameter, 6.25" tall. Shipping within continental US included.
