![]() As a former sous chef/pastry chef (who’s married to a chef), food is a large part of my life. Whether dining in a cabanne à sucre in the wilderness of Québec or an izakaya on the 31st floor in Shinjuku, food tourism is our preferred category of travel.
Through our food travels, my husband David and I experience many different ways of cooking, presenting, and eating food, which inspires my pottery work.
